Due to the unprecedented demand for bespoke, luxury travel services, a limited number of new clients are invited to join at our annual retainer rate (see further below). Our fees allow us to commit to our core pillars of providing exceptional value, flawless travel planning, elevated customer service, and access to top-tier experiences to our exclusive and loyal clientele.
Your Annual Membership covers travel for you and your family & friends traveling with you (up to 10 people). It comes with priceless perks and privileges including:
- Expert advice and consulting from Joy Simeonova, as well as reserved time on her busy travel schedule for planning your dream trips.
- Complimentary amenities at many of the world’s top hotels and resorts including daily breakfast, hotel credits, upgrades, and welcome amenities.
- You are always VIP’d in the hotels before you go - our personal connections, often the General Manager or Director of Sales, know you are coming to their hotels and warmly welcome you.
- Insider access to the best guides, off the beaten path activities, private after hours or off-market access, connections enhancing your cultural experiences including renowned chefs, architects, art historians, athletes, wine-makers, and pursuits with experts on just about any personal interests.
- Joy personally escorts small groups to wine regions, adventure destinations, or luxury expeditions voyages. BVJ Travel Club members receive 5% discount when joining these hosted group journeys.
Flight ticketing (only for BVJ Travel Club members): When you travel internationally in Business and First-Class, you benefit from insider access to special fares and access to private aviation providers worldwide. Bon Vivant Journeys is glad to provide this service at the following fees not included in the Annual Retainer:
- Domestic and regional flights: $50 per passenger
- International flights: $100 per passenger

- On-the-ground contacts to help you 24/7 in any country you visit worldwide.
- Travel concierge services including dining recommendations & reservations, VIP Meet & Greet and airport transfers, touring, train tickets, and car rentals.
- Axus Travel App providing an electronic itinerary, giving you and your travel companions complete day-by-day trip details on your handheld device.
- Travel Document management including passports, loyalty numbers, and personal preferences that allow us to tailor your trip each and every time without the fuss.
- Help obtaining travel and cancellation insurance quotes. Passport and global entry reminders. Connection to reliable visa assistance companies.
- When you travel with Bon Vivant Journeys, you are never on your own! We bend over backward to help you solve any problems that can arise while you are traveling and ensure you are satisfied when you return.
- Joy Simeonova has been to 93 countries, some of them visited several times. Our job is to ensure we know the experience you are getting. If Joy has not been, she knows who has and will make sure her advice is solid and current.
- Our partnerships with the world’s leading hotel brands, consortiums, cruise lines, adventure companies, tour operators, and airlines ensure that you reap the benefits from our agency volume. Annual Retainer: $5,000
The retainer covers travel for your household and for any of your travel companions who join you - multi-gen family and/or friends (up to 10 people).
This retainer can also cover elite corporate incentives and awards trips for the companies that our BVJ Travel Club members own or run.
